Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: March 5, 2026
Purpose
This policy outlines the acceptable use of Elementor Pros services, including managed plans that include hosting infrastructure. It is designed to protect our clients, our infrastructure, and the broader internet community.
Prohibited activities
You may not use our services to:
- Host or distribute malware, phishing content, or spam
- Store or distribute content that violates applicable laws
- Conduct unauthorized security testing or penetration testing
- Engage in activities that consume excessive shared resources
- Resell our services without written authorization
- Store credit card data outside of PCI-compliant payment processors
Content responsibility
You are responsible for all content published on your website. We do not monitor or censor your content, but we reserve the right to suspend service if your site is used for prohibited activities described above.
Resource usage
Managed plan clients on shared infrastructure are expected to use resources reasonably. If your site consistently requires resources beyond what is typical, we will work with you to find a solution — which may include upgrading your plan or moving to dedicated infrastructure.
Enforcement
If we identify a violation of this policy, we will notify you and provide a reasonable timeframe to resolve the issue. In cases of severe violations that threaten our infrastructure or other clients, we may suspend service immediately and notify you afterward.
